Antarctica and our amazing world

We started our trip with another stop to do temple work at the Buenos Aires Temple.

After attending church in Buenos Aires on Sunday January 29th, we flew to Santiago, Chili.

We met our tour group, Fun for Less Tours, and took a tour of Santiago.
Visibility was poor due to man made forest fires a few hours from Santiago.
Below, we are at Plaza de la Constitucion in Santiago, Chili with the changing of the guards at their presidential palace.

We stopped for lunch at Providencia, Santiago & Las Condes. It is so beautiful this time of year. We couldn't help taking a picture of trees in bloom.

This picture at San Cristobal Hill shows the haze from the fires.

The same hill shows the Inmaculada Concepcion. Catholics worship Mary, mother of Jesus.

Santiago, Chili Temple is closed on Mondays but a security let us on the grounds.

Almost the same?

We were told that paint is limited in Argentina so when the color is used up, a different one must be used for the next section. We always wondered why the colors were so diverse.
